Return and Refund Policy - Smart Hat & Brain Style
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from Brain & Style Inc.:

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without explaining the reason.
In order to use your right to cancel an order, you must inform us of your decision by means of a statement with all purchase data, including order number and all items Serial Numbers.

Return Conditions
The full cost of the product is returned within 10 days from the date of receipt of the Goods by Brain & Style Inc. on condition:
Only items that have been purchased directly from Brain & Style, either online or at any Brain & Style affiliate partner, can be returned to Brain & Style. Brain & Style products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy;
Availability of proof of purchase;
The item is in the original packaging;
The item you're returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters, and documentation that were included when you received it;
The Brain & Style device and its components are not damaged (without defects, scratches, and other shortcomings/damages resulting from operation);
The tare/packaging of items is not damaged;
The item is returned complete;
Buyer pays all shipping costs;
If you believe your product is defective within the warranty period, you should contact Brain & Style Inc. customer support to obtain a Warranty Return Authorization and obtain a Return Materials Authorization number before the end of the applicable return period.
*Except for the return rights set forth in this section, all sales are final, and you are not entitled to return items if the Brain & Style items have no defect.
There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:
You cannot refund payment for the software without returning to us all devices for which you purchased the software.
The following items are non-refundable:
Delivery of custom-made Goods is made in accordance with your requirements or clearly according to an individual order.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you violate the requirements of applicable law, the rules of operation, as well as the use of Brain & Style for other than the intended purpose of the Goods.
Committing dishonest, illegal and prohibited actions aimed at providing false information, as well as infringement of intellectual property rights by copying, processing, redesigning Brain & Style products, as well as its components without the consent of Brain & Style.
If the reason for the refund is not specified.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any item that does not comply with Brain & Style's Return Policy.
Goods Returns
You are solely responsible for the costs and risks of damage associated with returning Goods to us.
We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping. Therefore, we recommend choosing a secure and traceable delivery service. We cannot issue a return without actually receiving the item or proof of return shipping received.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. If you canceled a pickup item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancellation request. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@brainbit.com.
